This Sunday we return to our series (verse-by-verse study) in the gospel of John. We are at chapter 9 looking at the entire chapter this week. In this passage, a man born blind is healed by Jesus after the disciples ask Jesus what is the source of his blindness. After the man washes in the pool of Siloam as he is told by Jesus to do, he returns healed and seeing. The pharisees response is, once again vehement unbelief, and begin abusing the man and his parents. The man desires to believe in Jesus but is unsure who, or where He is. But then Jesus finds him, and he believes. This narrative I think is best told from the perspective of the blind man. So Sunday I’ll tell the story from his perspective and show you the lessons the blind man and others learned…More on this chapter Sunday morning…
See you Sunday,
Pastor Weaver
