Hope Deferred In Marriage (Part 2), Titus 2: 1-5

This Sunday, we continue our new topical series on the scripture: Proverbs 13:12 “Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.”  This “Hope Deferred” series will help us with Biblical guidance when our hopes, dreams, plans, become deferred, that is delayed for a period of time, or even forever.  This week, we talk about the second part of “Hope Deferred in Marriage.”  What happens when needs are not being met, fulfilled in marriage?  We will talk about the Biblical needs of husbands, and how wives can meet those needs.

Our scripture reading this Sunday is Ephesians 5:21-33, which is another passage that talks about what husbands and wives need to be doing in their marriage.  In this sermon, we will talk about the 5 needs of husbands in marriage that wives should endeavor to meet, so that there is no hope deferred, or delayed hope.
