This Sunday is Resurrection Sunday and we want to look at how we can make the resurrection real to us. While we know the facts about the resurrection and how it is so significant to our faith, I wonder do we really understand the power and help that is available to us on a day-by-day basis. To understand this, we go to John’s gospel chapter 20 verses 1-9. Here we see, while the clear evidences of the resurrection (that just happened) are unfolding before their (characters in the text) eyes their really not actually seeing, believing the significance of a risen Savior. The disciples and Mary and Martha are not immediately believing the empty tomb meant a risen Savior. Paul also desired to know the significant POWER of the resurrection, to know the fellowship of His sufferings. To make the reality of the cross and resurrection real to him! Just like it should be real to us!! I hope this message will encourage you in your walk with your resurrected Lord!
