This Sunday, in our study of the book of Jonah, we are now up to chapter 3, looking at verses 4-8. In these verses we see a repentance with great change! Jonah arrives in Nineveh (v.4) and begins to preach the message God had given to him. And the response is amazing – it’s change! There was evidence of their repentance and it showed in their response in what they did from the king on down to the “least of them.”
Have you truly repented and asked for God’s forgiveness? Have you repented dear believer so that there is nothing between you and God? The response of these Ninevites to Jonah’s brief message is amazing. We’ll look closely at their responses this Sunday morning.
